TANGERANG - CFLD International is very excited to embrace a significant development on our Tangerang New Industry City (TNIC), by successfully closing the 2nd deal with Samanea on 24 June 2020.

CFLD International and Samanea,a trade center developer from Singapore, has signed a cooperation agreement where Samanea will purchase 9.9 ha of commercial and logistics  mixed use land at TNIC. This land is planning for exciting commercial and logistics integrated developments to support Samanea’s wholesale operations at TNIC gateway area. Yongjia Yuan, CEO of Samanea Indonesia commented: “This will bea win-win partnership between Samanea and the Tangerang New  Industry City. We have no doubt that great synergy will be created.
