Swancity, a property developer in Tangerang, shows appreciation to its consumers through various programs, including promotions for purchasing homes at Swancity-Lavon. Henry Tan, Swancity's Regional Sales Manager, explained that this project started in 2017, and it is currently in its third phase with a total of 6,000 units, of which 4,000 units have already been sold. All homes are ready to move in without any pre-orders, with flexible payment options starting from IDR 5 million per month.

Swancity also held a "Customer Appreciation Day" event at Swancity-Lavon, with a grand prize of a Wuling Binguo electric car, an electric bike, and other exciting prizes. This prize draw is for consumers who purchased property during the period from December 2023 to July 2024 with a minimum down payment of 10 percent or having completed a mortgage agreement.

The Swancity-Lavon project is a collaboration between CFLD Group and Mitsubishi Estate Residence, covering an area of 120 hectares, with easy access to the Cikupa Toll and facilities such as schools, hospitals, and shopping centers, and is only 30 minutes away from Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
