SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) recently unveiled its latest concept car, the "Light of ASEAN," in Nanning, China. This sedan features a futuristic design with an X-shaped front end and T-shaped DRL lights connecting the main headlights. The sharp body lines enhance its modern appearance.
The car’s doors have a large gull-wing design, providing access for second-row passengers. The side profile is also unique, with a roof that curves from front to back, creating a silhouette different from typical sedans.
At the rear, the car adopts a light concept similar to the front, complete with a split spoiler integrated into the C-pillar. Another interesting feature is the rear compartment, which opens to reveal a movable intelligent robot.
The interior is designed with a "zero-gravity dual-mode cockpit" concept, with a sofa in the back and a futuristic design for the front seats. Although this vehicle is still in the concept stage, SGMW has yet to disclose the engine specifications or plans for mass production.
