Requirements for industrial estate readiness in accepting investment:

A. The land is clean and clear (according to the RTRW, it has been acquired and certified).

B. Infrastructure in KI is ready (roads, raw water, electricity, waste treatment, etc.).

C. Licensing is complete (IUKI).

D. Managers have the ability and commitment to follow up investment interest.

 

Industrial estate readiness level in accepting investment:

A. In the short term, industrial estates are immediately ready to receive investment.

B. Medium term, industrial estates are ready to receive investment in 3 years.

C. Long Term, industrial estate is ready to receive investment in 5 years.
