Lean Startup
Lean Startup is a business development technique that uses Validated Learning concepts in the startup world with business process development units so as to be able to anticipate product mismatches with developments occurring in the market.
There are several elements used to solve the problems faced by startups to solve consumer problems. These elements include drinking viable products, actionable metrics, pivot, learn innovation accounting and build measure, and continuous deployment.
In general, the Lean Startup concept was popularized by Eric Ries since 2008. He is a consultant and startup developer who also wrote a book called The Lean Startup: How Today's Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses.
Difference between Lean Manufacturing and Lean Startup
The difference between the two systems lies in the goals and value1s, application solutions, and different market target. Lean Manufacturing itself aims to make things better by eliminating waste and implementing Continuous Improvement.
While Lean Startup is looking for what must be built by implementing the Build, Measure, and Learn systems to make a development. This system is widely adopted by startup companies or product development lines to access new target markets.
