CFLD is Open to Future Collaboration on City Development with Japanese Partners
JAKARTA - Indonesia is one of the major countries where real estate market is significantly growing and many Japanese companies in the sector have keen interest. However, they often face difficulties especially in emerging markets due to such reasons as lack of information, experience, local networks, etc. Considering the issues,The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,Transportand Tourism of Japan ( MLIT ) hosted a seminar on real estate development in Indonesia together with Indonesian Real Estate Association ( REI ) on 13 February 2020 in Jakarta.The Indonesia-Japan Jakarta Real Estate Development Seminar targeted 100 business stakeholders on real estate development which are trying to expand their business overseas, including to Indonesia.
The seminar was filled with presentations from BKPM,as the first gate for foreign investment and also from The Indonesia Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
Through this seminar,it is expected that both Indonesian and Japanese companies have further understanding on opportunity and features of the Indonesian market, so they feel encouraged for future collaboration.
