Indonesian Government Indonesian government issues a Government Regulation of The Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2021 concerning Fixed Time Work Agreement, Transfer Of Time, Working Time And Break Time, and Termination Of Employment. There are some new terms for Fix Time Work Agreement regulated in this Government Regulation. Fixed Time Work Agreement based on the timeframe now can be made for a maximum of 5 years. This regulation also discusses compensation money for workers.

In the event of employment termination, the entrepreneur is obliged to pay severance pay, service pay and compensation pay under the provisions stipulated by the government. The amount of compensation depends on the reasons for dismissal and the Working Time of the employee at the current company.
