Ease of Licensing in Industrial Estates on Risk-Based OSS

The first convenience is the suitability of space utilization activities (KKPR). KKPR is the conformity between the Spatial Utilization activity plan and the Spatial Planning (RTR). Based on the Law Article. 107 PP. No. 21/2021, KKPR is issued automatically if the company publishes in an industrial area and KKPR is issued in polygon form, so that business actors know the land to be used.

The convenience that follows, Environmental Approval. Environmental Approval is a decision on environmental feasibility that has received approval from the Government. Environmental Approval is given to Business Actors or Government Agencies as a prerequisite for issuing Business Permits. The Environmental Approval does not require an environmental impact analysis for industries that are already in the Industrial Estate and the only requirements are to prepare a Detailed RKL-RPL and an analysis of the area's environmental impacts.

The following conveniences are Business Licensing. Business Licensing is a business activity that requires a permit for building construction, the OSS system provides notification of the need for Building Approval (PBG) and Certificate of Eligibility (SLF) to the Building Management Information System (SIMBG) managed by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR). Notifications will also be given to business actors to follow up on PBG and SLF applications through SIMBG.
