An industrial area with an environmental perspective is a group of industries that produce goods or services located in an industrial area where the actors in it jointly improve environmental, economic and social performance as well as ease of connectivity and communication through minimizing environmental impacts and digital transformation with the aim of creating green designs (green design) of infrastructure, planning and implementation of clean product concepts, pollution prevention, intercompany energy efficiency.
Location of Java and Riau Islands: The manufacturing industry has high technology, is labor intensive and has an industry that saves water, because it has been supported by the availability of labor, electricity, gas, supply chain and logistics systems.
Locations outside Java: The manufacturing industry has natural resource processing, has an efficient logistics system, and is a driving force for the development of new economic centers, because it is close to the supply of electricity, gas, and natural resource raw materials.
